I have known Marco Tridici for several years and have followed his career with constant interest. He is constantly developing his culinary skills with passion and dedication. His way of cooking is particularly familiar to me, as it coincides with my love of the art of cookery.

We booked Pentola d’Argento for our opening aperitif. The event was great, Marco and his team spoilt us with delicious food.
